Founder & CEO DRP Direction Group — IndiaDr. Ritesh Prasad has been building and advising in the education sector since 2012. Beginning his journey as a Teacher & Mentor, he went on to build a state-level Test Prep venture and a Career Counselling venture, before evolving into a strategic advisor to 500+ K-12 and Higher Education institutions, including engagements with MoE India and organisations in Dubai.
He has advised Big 4, MBB, VC and PE firms across India, Singapore, GCC and the UK on education-sector strategy, opportunities and institutional businesses.
Through DRP Direction Group, he currently oversees a portfolio spanning EdOpen Ventures India, Clarity Consulting India and EdOpen Marketplace, covering education consulting, technology distribution, school management, school infrastructure, education real estate and asset management, and B2B education opportunities.
His work has impacted 5,00,000+ students, 5,000+ teachers, and includes a portfolio of ₹5,000+ crore in educational assets.
Sakshi Prasad
Co-Founder & Principal Consultant India, GCC, UK & SingaporeSakshi Prasad brings 7+ years of professional experience across Retail, Hospitality and Education, with a strong focus on business development, consumer markets, education distribution and relationship-led growth.
An IIM Ahmedabad alumna, she combines structured business thinking with practical market and customer understanding.
Her experience spans developing commercial relationships, identifying market opportunities, strengthening distribution networks and building long-term stakeholder relationships.
At EdOpen Ventures India, she contributes to the development of the organisation’s commercial strategy, market expansion and distribution ecosystem, working across relationships with institutions, businesses, entrepreneurs and ecosystem partners.
Her cross-sector perspective enables her to connect consumer insight with commercial execution, supporting EdOpen’s broader objective of building an integrated education business platform.
Dr. Vira Jeorge

A Harvard and Stanford alumna, she brings a strong international perspective to institutional and business relationships.
Her experience spans developing strategic relationships, facilitating institutional collaborations, engaging with investors and supporting cross-border business opportunities.
